1. I believe the value of learning is extremely essencial to succeeding in everday life. Without retrieving education the world would be at a standstill.

2. The role of a leader is to guide people that are not sure of where to go. They set an example to help lead people to where they are directed.

3. A good student is a person who does the work, tries even when the information is difficult and also someone who has a positive additude towards the class. I hope to help my classmates when they struggle and I hope they can help me when I struggle too. I will also stay on top of my game to do the best I can.

4. I expect a teacher who entertains the class while teaching. Also who can reach all of the students with the information so no one falls behind and is lost. I expect Mrs. Comp to be even better then freshman year and to make extremely funny jokes.

5. I expect the class to be respectful to everyone and not make anyone feel out of place.

6. The class needs to know when it is a time to talk, and when it is a time to be quiet and listen. Also participating and including everyone can make this class a great success. When we work together and everyone gets along, the class room glows and is way more productive.

2. My role as a learner is to help myself and those around me to learn as much as possible and to be as successful as possible in life.
3. A good student is one who is attentive and participates in class as well as one who is respectful and helpful to his peers.
4. I expect my teacher to adress the class in a way that we can understand and use many examples and ways of teaching that incorporate technology and future ways of learning. I also expect my teacher to be there when I need help with something that she is teaching.
5. I think that class should consist of a variety of examples and ways of learning that incorporate technology and ways of learning that reflect we are living in the 21st century.

1. I think learning, not just learning from school, but learning from the things and people around you is so important. Learning from your surroundings is essential because if you never learn how to deal with people, or you never learn how to communicate with people you won’t survive in the real world.
2. My role as a learner is to actually put myself in situations where I can learn, to put myself out there and sometimes in uncomfortable situations. I believe that if you are afraid to do those things you won’t learn as much as those who are willing to learn, so technically you are the one who chooses if you want to learn.
3. To be a good student I think that also goes along with someone’s role as a learner. You have to be willing to learn new things and sometimes things you don’t completely agree with.
4. I love when teachers are laid back. Also I think a good teacher relates to their students. A good teacher is someone who understands what we might possibly being going through at home and what is going on with our generation. For instance how our generation is very technology based, so we are all probably going to have cell phone. And I wish that more teachers now a days realize how our generation is.
5. An expectation I have for this class is to give me projects to challenge myself. Give me things where I can really use my creativity, so show you what I can do.
6. Creating a classroom where we are all comfortable to say what we really feel and to share things that we are proud of. If we can do that I think this will be a good class.

1. I believe that the value of learning is to become successful in life. Although, not all people are successful after they finish school, but if you succeed in school, you will succeed in life.
2. My role as a learner is to apprehend information that could help me in the future. If we pass on this information, we can succeed. Learning is difficult, but it pays off in the future.
3. A good student is someone who is dedicated to learning and what it has in store for him/her. I expect that some of us will graduate and go onto college and some will not. I hope I succeed in high school and go onto a good college, but I can't decide if this will occur. I actually expect others to be a worse student than me because I want to have little competition.
4. A good, quality teacher is a teacher who make teaching fun and addictive. If it isn't what I hope it will be, then it isn't worth my effort. I am really critical of my teachers and I think they impact my learning immensely. The teacher also has to be intelligent and has to plan ahead. You are one of the greatest teachers I have had Mrs. Comp. You make English fun and interesting, eventhough it is probably the most boring subject. This is why I am taking you again.
5. I hope it will be filled with laughs and participation like Freshmen year. I actually expect it to be better than Freshmen year because we are more mature. Everyone working together and being nice to one another will make American Literature worth waiting in Arena.
6. Our class needs to move around more. I'm a pretty kinesthetic learner, so I need to move around alot to learn at my top capability. I hope that we can do activities that involve groups, moving around, and especially...MRS.COMP. I hate to say it, but I like the Fish Bowls. It makes me learn about others and gets me out of my comfort zone. Also, the room has to be colorful. (No one likes a dull room.)
American Literature sounded hard after grading all of the papers for you as a Studen Assisstant. I hope that our class doesn't fall like some of the previous ones.

Learning is extremely important in our society today, especially when it comes to learning about technology. If you don't learn about the important things when you are younger then you will never succeed when you get older. My role in learning is to learn everything that i can while i'm young because my generation is the future of our world. If we don't learn anything then ou world or country will not be as strong and successful as it is today. A goood student is a person who actually cares about what they are learning and wants to use the knowledge they just learned for good in their life and for our society in the future. They do everything that it takes to succeed at learning even if you means sacrificing free time. They should want to make a difference in the world.
A good teacher makes learning an enjoyable experience for everybody. The teacher should wnat to help the student in every way possible. Once a student has a hard time learning or doesn't enjoy it anymore, they will have a hard time finding something in the future that they want to do. I expect the teacher to love what he/she is doing and want to help us when we have a question on something. The teacher should explain everything to theeir best ability. From this class I am expecting to come out as a better writer and a better reader. I hope to come out liking english even more then i currently do. The class needs to have respect for everybody and everything. We should all be open to try new things and learn new things. Don't ever shut down and say you can't because then you really won't be able to do that when you have a negative mind set.

1.) The value of learning is to receive an education and find a career that you love doing and peruse that career. By learning about different subjects you’re open to more types of careers. Life is a completion and succeeding in something you love is my goal.
2.) My role as a learner is to respect your teacher and to listen and learn as much as possible in the time given to me. Respect your teacher to allow her/him to do their best to teach you what you need to know in that subject.
3.) I expect for me to get good grades, also to get the grade I deserve for the amount of learning I received. I expect my classmates to give the same respect to the teacher I give or the same respect they would expect if they were teaching. I think they should succeed to their fullest extent to help them.
4.) To teach me what I need to know or what they think is necessary for me to understand the given subject. Also to understand their students and the troubles/qualities they have and help them along through them. Just put them back in the desk looking up at their teachers when they were young.
5.) I want to learn as much as possible from a new teacher. I want to find out what knowledge she can pass down to me. I also mainly want to become a better all around writer and speller. I also want to have fun as well while learning.
6.) A more relaxed environment, but still structured enough for the best learning environment. I just want to not feel uptight about coming to this class and feel relaxed and most of all comfortable.

I think that there are many different values of learning, including intelligence and common sense. Due to the fact there are thousands of things to learn you can value different learning experiences in different ways. For instance, in school you learn about how to take notes and how to solve equations, which will help your education later in life. Opposed to school learning, you also learn life lessons that will get you through the rest of life. Learning should be valued because there is no end to it, you can never know everything.
My role as a learner is to take the lessons that are given to me seriously and appreciate every one. When someone is passioate about something and is trying to pass it on to me, my role is to listen and to take in all the possible information because it may affect me later.
Good students are not always the ones that get good grades, but are the ones who really but in an effort and do their best. Students today are seperated by their ability to get good grades, but what about the students that have no missing assignments? I think that the average students with B or C's are due mostly to tests and quizes. I believe that a good student is one who puts 110% into their work.
I expect a teacher to make things fun and interesting because that is how you have to keep a teens attention. Considering most of us have an attention span the size of a pea, it is hard to focus on some of the boring things we are made to do.
I exepect this class to be challenging yet fun and exciting.
A fun and productive learning enviornment includes group work and many intriguing discusions.

1. The value of lerning is beyond anything the human mind can comprehend. We learn new things every day through experiences and people we encounter. When these things are learned by someone that person becomes the teacher and teaches to new people. It is a never ending cycle because whether or not it is wanted ideas, customs, and beliefs are effected by others.
2. My role as a learner is to do my best to learn the things people teach me and pass them on to the next generation of learners.
3. A good student is one who tries their best and has minimal missing work and absences. They must be a good listener and respect the teacher and their peers. A good student may not get the best grades but they actually learn and retain the information learned.
4. I believe the best teachers let the students learn from eachother. Of course the teacher must lecture sometimes but the finest teachers let the students discuss and help eachother with their own problems. The thing I enjoy most from a teacher is making the class interactive and fun to be in by creating activities that make the brain work.
5. This will be a great class if we are able to discuss many things, share our opinions and be chalanged to support our beliefs with facts.
6. To have a fun and constructive learning environment we all must be tolerant of eachother. If somenes beliefs or opinions are different respect must be held for everyones right to express themselves.

1)Learning is very valuable you gain important knowledge through education. Having knowledge can prepare you for your future. The more knowledge you have, the better you can handle situations in your life. When foreign experiences come up in life, you can act intelligently using any knowledge of someone’s past experiences that were similar to yours.

2)As a learner, my role is to be prepared when I am being taught. Also I need to be focused, which includes finding clarification on subjects I don’t understand.

3)A “good” student is one that gives the best effort while learning even if it is a challenge for them. A “good” student pays attention in class and respects the teacher as well as the other classmates.

4)I expect a good teacher to be prepared for the lessons. Also, they should be open to explaining thing in different way when a student doesn’t understand some things. A good teacher shouldn’t be very uptight and unforgiving constantly. I have had past teachers that were very humorous but when the class got out of hand, they would be serious. I had a lot of fun those classes, but I learned a lot from them also.

5)I expect this class to be challenging, but also very engaging and interesting.

6)In order to have a productive and fun learning environment, this class needs to be a place where people can feel comfortable sharing their opinions and beliefs. Students should not judge one another or bring other s down. Also, we should be able to do many different kinds of activities, rather than repeating the same procedure every week.

1. People often take advantage of learning. I know I do as well. People need to learn so that they can succeed in the future. The more education you have, the better job you are likely to obtain. Many people drop out of school early in their lives and do not get good jobs. Education provides a key for the future.

2. My job as a learner is to take in as much education as I can, thus, providing a better hope for the future. The more education I get, the better the school I can go to, thus, having a better job and more money. I go to school so that I can get good job and make a lot of money. As I say, you get one shot at life so make all you can of it. My role is to learn as much as I can to help me with my life in the future.

3. “Good Students” will range with who you ask. I think a good student is someone who does their homework and shows up for class. They are there for their education and want to improve themselves. A good student is a person who is there because they want to be there. I expect myself to always try in school even if I don’t want to. I know that I need an education but most of the time I don’t want an education.

4. All teachers are good teachers. I want a teacher who will keep the class going. Someone who will keep the class fun but on track at the same time. A teacher who will help me with things that I am struggling on. I have always loved you as a teacher because we get to say our own opinions while hearing others. If we can do this this year the class will be great.
5. Fun classes are the best, but when the students don’t know when to buckle down it drives me crazy. I have always loved this class because we get to discuss subjects that are important to us. We get to defend our own opinions and here other sides as well.

6. We need to be able to discuss our opinions and have fun throughout the class. But I also want a class that can buckle down and get to work when it is time to do so. We need to have guidelines, but fun within the guidelines to have a successful class.

The value of learning in life is obviously extremely important. It generally expresses being successful throughout life. For instance you use what is learned to take test, do homework thus passing the class with a good grade. But it doesn't mean people are stupid and don't learn if they don't bother to help themselves. Usually it means they can be a bad learner, not calling that person is stupid just lazy. Which brings us to the second question.
If someone is a good learner, generally they aren't lazy and instead try and express information they have learned; not only to pass a class but use in real world instances as well.
Being a good learner, I believe, doesn't mean you are a good student. I think that, people believe that being a good student refers to being smart, doing homework, and relating only to learner. But it’s that person’s behavior in the classroom inside and out. Are they respectful to others, especially the teacher ? Do they have manners? If not I think that person isn’t a good student. Respect is ultimately supposed to be one of the greatest jobs as a student full time or not.
A good teacher I think of is someone who puts their time and effort on the line to help students not only to pass the class but to help the person learn. Granted some teachers may have family issues…but it’s also their job to help students. I knew a couple teachers that people, including myself, that I had to work around their schedule because they had some important date, literally, that they had to go to. Also I believe a teacher has to be fun. Also back to my first topic, the teacher has to meet the needs of the student. Bruce Lee said be like water, when water is poured into glass it takes the form of the glass to adapt to be a good fighter. In this case the teacher has to adapt to the new students, but it shouldn’t really take away from the teacher’s personality in teacher either.
Personally, what annoys me is people talking when they aren’t supposed to and interrupt the teacher. It is really disruptive and I hope this class can eliminate that.
The environment of learning in this class depends upon the teacher, which I have no worries about at the moment. But I believe classes should be a bit more liberal in teaching in order for all people to understand it. Not just boring ol’ book work.

Learning is a valuable concept in life. In school when we are creating new ideas and developing skills, we're learning. Without the capability of learning no one could have developed or discovered the basics we use today. For instance light and technology would not exist without learning. Imagine living as a cave man and never evolving. If we didn’t learn we wouldn’t survive as a species, centuries ago we adapted, we learned.
My role as a learner is to keep an open mind about the subjects I’m learning, whether I enjoy them or not.
I believe a “good” student is one who listens, contributes, and is responsible to their duties. To be a “good” student does not mean I have to go beyond what I’m asked or over achieve.
I expect my teacher to have new and interesting ways of teaching. I don’t feel like I learn by sitting in a desk reading then writing about what I just read. I want to discuss and become involved with my peers and teachers when acquiring new learning.
I expect this class to have many opinions that are discussed, respectively, within each other. I want to hear how my peers think; and see hear how I differ.
I think this class needs structure, for instance I don’t think we should be let free and be told to “go talk”. I believe if our teacher comes up with productive questions we can go further in our discussions.

1)To me, the value of learning is very important. I believe that if a person knows nothing about the world around them, it is going to be close to impossible to get through life. Learning from other people about life is manditory especially for kids.
2)My role as a learner is to pass on my knolege to other people who are not as experienced. I am to listen and try my hardest when is comes to understanding things. Again, Learning is so important.
3) I believe teachers should be treated with respect. They are the ones who put forth the effort in oder to teach life skills, and that should not be takin advantge of. A good student wants to learn, and works hard to achieve many different goals.
4) I like ot be treated like an adult. When teachers sweat the small stuff, it only makes kids want to act out more. Kids can smell fear in teachers they do not like it when a teacher is scared. It is good to show confidence ans passion for what you do. Kids can also tell when a teacher does not want to be at school or do thier job to help kids. That brings down everyones day.
5) I would like to expand my vocabulary. I would like to read some books that expand my mind and make me think. I would also like to make my writing skills better, along with spelling.
6) The Teacher is already awesome. She is very passionate about what she does, and she does not treat her students like babies. I think my classmates and I need to take things seriously. We need to be mature and come to class with open minds.

1) Learning is very valuable. It will help make your future successful. If you do not try to learn in High School, it may be hard to get into a college. Then, if you get into college then it would be hard to keep up and pass if you do not value your learning in high school.
2) My role as a learner is to work as hard as I can, to listen and to be prepared for class. In class I have to try not to get distracted, listen and take good notes.
3) I think a “good” student is a person who is a good listener, is always prepared, and is not afraid to ask for help. They will also not disrupt the class, pays attention and participates.
4) I expect the teacher to give us only a reasonable amount of work, not busy work, and to be available to help when needed. The teacher should also make the class interesting enough where the students want to listen.
5) One expectation I have of this class is that we all try and follow directions so we can exceed.
6) This class will need to not be disruptive, focus, listen to the teacher and follow directions. We need to have fun but not out of control fun. I want us to challenge each other and help each other out. Also, the students should not be rude to others or meanly comment about others.

4) Helpful and fair makes sure the student can understand what their learning.
5) That it is understandable.
6) That it has interesting stuff.

1. Learning is important because it makes you successful later in life. Each year in school prepares you for the next. Once you finish school, you should be prepared for life in the real world. Some people do not get an education. That could be because education is not available to them or they choose not to educate themselves. Those people will not be as successful at someone who attended four years at a university. Our culture requires basic knowledge like the ability to read and write.
2. As a learner, my job is to take everything I do seriously. I should always put all my effort into my work because that’s how I can improve. I need to actually care about the things we learn because they all have some importance for my life.
3. Good students do their work to the best of their ability and they turn it in on time. They pay attention in class and they work out of school to prepare for tests and other assignments. They also work well with other students.
4. A good teacher keeps class fun and interesting. She also only gives assignments that have meaning and doesn’t waste our time with busywork.
5. I expect this class to teach me about things that matter. I want to learn something that I didn’t already know and that I actually care about.
6. In this class, we should learn what we need to learn while still keeping it interesting. For example, group projects are fun and productive. We should be able to laugh about stuff but then get serious when we need to.

1. The value of learning is endless. Not talking about the stress of sharing your remarks to a classroom or what grades you get. Its knowing that you are trying your best in school, and knowing that you strived for it when you get your A.
2. My role as a learner is to pay attenion in class and to understand what im learning.
3. A good student is one who actully listens to the teacher and does the work and doesn't disrupt the class.
4. A good teacher sets up rules and makes sure the class enforces them.
5.One that is fair and understandable.
6. one thing would be movies in class that are recent and not old.

1. Learning is one of the most important thing a person can do. The more a person learns the more respect they get and they can do more.

2. My role as a learner is to oay attention. The learner is to learn and if they are not doing that they might as well not be there. If someone is in a class and doesn't sit and learn they are acting more like a waste of space than much of anything else.

3. A good student is a good learner. A good student should at least have one interest in a class that they take even if it is not their favorite subject. A good student will also not disrupt the class so that every one has a fair chane at learning.

4. A good quality teacher will not only enforce the rules that they lay down for the students but they will follow them as well. It annoys me when a teacher says that students can't eat in class but they have food layed out on their desck.

5. One expectation i have of this class is visual learning as well as reading. With me I learn better through seeing things than just through reading them so if we read a book that has a movie that is appropriate I think we should watch it if possible.

6. For this class to be fun and producitve it needs to have more recent videos so that we can relate better to them.

1. I think without learning nothing would progress in the world. Technology would definatly not be where it is today without learning.

2.I need to respect others around me so not only can I can learn but so could the other students around me.

3.I think a good student is a someone who trys their hardest at whatever they do, and respects the people they are surrounded by.

4. I expect my teacher to treat me with respect and I will do they same. I've had teachers in the past make fun of stuff I said and loose total confindence with myself and opinions. I like a teacher that gets to know their students on a personal level.

5. I'm expecting a great year, because Mrs. Comp seems like a really down to earth woman and her learning style will help me retain all the information I learn this year.

6. I would like the teacher to be very hands on and visual. I don't want to memorize characters of books, and not apreaciate what I read. I want to get the most out of everything I read.

1)I think the value of learning is so we can become successful and make a better future for ourselves. Learning will help you make a better life for yourself and to make sure you get a good job. There is so much more competition for jobs in the work force now, and you have to succeed early on in your academic career to do well. If you do not value your learning during high school, you will most likely not be able to keep going as a student, so you really need to make high standards for yourself and try your hardest.

2)As a learner, my role is to try my best and work hard in order to succeed. I need to make sure to do anything I can to understand what is being taught and to make sure I am always attentive and a good listener.

3)I expect myself to always be on time and to turn in all my homework. I will also always be attentive in class and try to participate in class discussions. I am also going to expect more of myself and make sure I put a very good effort in all my work.

4)I expect a good, quality teacher to always help me understand assignments and to make class enjoyable and to where I look forward to coming to it everyday. I also expect to learn a lot of new information and to feel like I came out of this class with a lot more than I went into it with.

5)My expectation for this class is to leave this class a better writer and with better reading comprehension.

6) I think if we have a classroom where everyone feels comfortable and safe with everyone, it will be a much more fun and productive class. If everyone can respect each other and what everyone has to say, I think we could create this kind of classroom and be very productive.

1.Learning is very valuable to everyone. The value of learning is it provides lots of information to many people. With this information I can be very successful in everything I do. Although learning can be very boring at times, in the long run I will be very grateful for the things I have learned over the years.
2.My role as a learner is to be prepared and to listen as much as I can and not zone out. This way I can learn and comprehend so much more.
3.The qualities of a good student are to be prepared, to not interrupt class, and to participate. Anyone can be a good student if they just try hard. Students also need to respect one another as well as the teacher.
4.A good quality teacher needs to be able to explain directions very well. This way student’s won’t get confused about what task they need to accomplish. Other good qualities are to listen to what the students have to say. A good teacher should be able to have a fun classroom environment where all the students feel like they can let their voice be heard.
5. My expectations of this class are that we have fun while learning a lot. I believe students learn best when they are having fun instead of sitting there copying notes on the board, not learning anything.
6.For the classroom environment to be fun and productive, students can’t judge each other. They can’t be judgmental because if they are, not everyone will be comfortable sharing their opinions. Everyone needs to know when its time to play around and when its not because if everyone is always talking, no one will learn anything, and Mrs. Comp will get frustrated, and that’s not fun!

5) I expect that this class will teach me new information about American literature and expose me to classic American novels.
6) To be productive and fun this class will have to be attentive. Every one should be open to others ideas and never criticize some one for sharing their own thoughts, so that every one feels comfortable being them selves and sharing their questions and ideas.

1) I believe that the value of learning is important. Without an education, you cannot be successful. Having a good education can get you anywhere in life. We are lucky here in America to get such a good education from such great teachers, and students or people in other countries don’t receive it. Learning understanding what the teacher is teaching and you actually process the information they’re giving you through your head. Learning isn’t all about school; it’s about the real world too. You learn from experiences that life throws at you, and you take those experiences and you learn from your mistakes and you know how to handle situations better.
2) My role as a learner is to get a great education while I am still in grade school, and then use my knowledge of what I have learned to help get me to college. The better education I get, the more of a chance I have of getting into a good college. I will be focused and ready to learn and if I have any questions I will ask for clarification on things I can’t comprehend.
3) A “good” student is someone that comes to class prepared and ready to learn. A good student is someone who shows a lot of effort and pays attention to what’s going on in class. A good student is someone who can use their knowledge to help others when they need it. I expect our class to form as a group and get along and understand the material that we will cover over the semester.
4) I expect a teacher to be organized and I expect them to know how to teach a class full of high school students. I expect a teacher to be friendly and able to get along with students and be respectful. I think a good teacher should know how to teach things in a fun and interesting way so that kids are actually interested to learn.
5) My expectations of this class are to have fun and to learn in new and interesting ways. Instead of sitting in class bored taking notes, we should be doing group work and interacting with each other so we can bounce ideas off of each other and learn even more than we thought we could.
6) In order for this class to be a fun and productive environment, our teacher should have fun ways for us to learn, such as group projects or activities. We all need to be able to have open minds when we come to class and have opinions on things. I think if we do fish bowls and have discussions over topics, then I think our class will have some good arguments over topics we are learning if they bring their different opinions into it.

1. I think the value of learning is the most important part of living. Education is what powers the world. By powering the world with education we can increase the results of science, which can help us figure a cure for cancer and any other serious illness that is not cure able today.
2. My role as a learner is to learn as much as I can as long as I can. For me to learn and keep learning will help me and can also help the world. With my education growing every day helps me get a better career, rather than not learning and getting stuck with a bad job that I don't like to do.
3. I think a good student is a person who gets all their work done when it is suppose to be done. But the student doesn’t get their work done as fast as possible. The work is done when it is done and is done in the best way possible.
4. I like a teacher that gives a little bit of homework each night, but doesn’t give us a boat load of homework and have it done in a short period of time.
5. This class will be awesome if I get a great grade in the class.
6. It needs a teacher that will be with us everyday and a class that is willing to proceed when ever the teacher is.

1. The value of learning to me is pretty important because the competition to for jobs in the near future is going to be huge. With the ever increasing population in the younger generations in countries like China and India, keeping jobs here in America (and getting jobs as an American) is becoming harder and harder by the year. So to me a good education is important so I can get a good job.

2. As a learner my role is to take in what is being taught and try to understand what is being taught so I can better myself and get a better job in the future.

3. I think a good student is one who comes to class with an open mind and a good attitude so they can get the most out of class. I find that if I'm having fun i learn better than I do if I have a cruddy attitude. Also a good student shold be able to contribute their thoughts to the subject being taught.

4. I think that a good teacher should really be interested in what they are teaching. They should also make a classroom fun so people look forward to coming to class instead of dreading it. And finally they should be able to make what ever they are teaching intersting so the students will want to learn.

5. The only expectation I have is that people don't argue with anyone in front of the class because that just makes everonye else feel all awkward and its just no good.

6. A good learning environment, to me, is one where everyone has a good time and can feel comfortable contributing to the topic being discussed. So, in order to achieve this I think all we need to do is keep the conversation interesting and have everyone participate at least a little bit and then I think it will be a good environment.

I believe the value of learning is extremely important to everyone. It is extremely important to become knowledgeable and be know what’s going on in the real world. It helps people expand there curiosity and become an important part of society. I believe only a part of learning is getting good grades. A good GPA will give you more options of colleges you go get into, but a lot of learning goes on outside of school.
My role as a learner is to learn something new everyday. The more you learn the more you can teach other people. As a learner hopefully you will be knowledgeable enough to work in the professional field of your choice and make a difference in the world in someway.
There are many different varieties of good students. Some of the smartest students don’t have good grades, simply because they don’t apply themselves. I don’t believe you necessarily have to get strait A’s in order to be a good student, I believe if you learn a lot you can be considered a good student.
A good teacher does as much as they can in order to make sure there students learn as much from there class as possible. A good teacher is willing to work extra with students if they are having trouble with something in there class.
I think working in groups and doing hands on activities would make the class fun.
A good learning environment would be a quit class while the teacher is talking, but the teacher is open and willing to answer any questions.

1. The value of learning is to achieve new information that you have never learned before and explore the unknown to us as students.
2. My role as a learner is to take all the information given to me and absorb it and grow off of it. The only way I can do that is if I do all my homework every night so in school I can give back to what the teacher has done for us, wanting us to learn. As a good learner you need to be organized, and on top of homework.
3. A “good” student is one who is ready to work every day and knows what we are doing and is not clueless of what we are talking about because they did not do their homework last night. A “good” student does what is asked of them and follows the rules.
4. I expect of a good, quality teacher to be parried for class and knows’ what they are teaching us to learn. They should also understand us as students are what we are going through, caring. Not favor one student over another and to be equal to all of us.
5. To make this class great we need to do are part and not cheat off of others just to get the homework done, because that does you and the class no favor, it just hurts.

6. To have a fun, yet productive environment we first need to earn it by treating you and the class with respect then having fun. If you always have fun you will never get any thing done with 100%.

1.) The value of learning is immense. We have such a great opportunity to have an excellent education, which I often take for granted. So many people less fortunate than us are doing things that we couldn’t even comprehend just to get an education. Learning is everything.
2.) My role as a learner is to do my best and stride toward accomplishing my goals. My role is to help, make and keep a good class room environment. And to really take advantage of the oppertunity of a great edcuation.
3.) A good student is one that tries her/his hardest and gives every homework, paper or test her/his all. I expect myself to really try my best and do everything that I can to do well in this class. I expect that everyone in the classroom can respect and grow from everyone’s differences.
4.) A good quality teacher is a teacher that gets really personal and doesn’t teach down to her/his students. A teacher that makes a class room a fun learning environment, where students can share anything and goof around while still learning. A good teacher also understands that students are people and make mistakes.
5.) One expectation I have for this class is just to be really focused on getting things done, and having a good time while doing it. And I hope that in group projects everyone shares a thought and works together.
6.) This class needs a safe learning environment, so that students can feel comfortable speaking their mind like in debates or discussions.

1. The value of learning (to me) is to better oneself socially and mentally. The more someone knows, the easier and better thought out their decisions. Learning is a competition to see who can consistently be successful throughout their education. The more somoene learns and the better they do in school, the better off they are later in life.

2.My role as a learner is to do my homework, go to class, show the teacher the same kind of respect I want to receive, and pay attention.

3.I expect students not to come to school to socialize, but to better themselves, school is a big opportunity to show superiority and committment.

4.I just expect to get constructive critisizem but at the same time, getting positive encouragement is always necessary.

5.I expect our class to be cooperative and considerate of everyone coming to learn.

6.All that I need is to be pushed to my limits. In order to be productive, everyone should pay attention and be courteous to the teacher and the people around them.
